Make an Exp. Multiplier that goes up with kills so players can grind and lvl up higher than other players that just log train. Rogue npcs give .01x Genins .05x The other dungeon npcs .1x and bosses like 1x or 2x depending on their difficulty. For example:
You start with an Exp. Multiplier of 1 but you kill 3 Rogues, so that makes your Exp. Multiplier go to 1.03x and so on. At first it wont be much of a difference but it will slowly be upgrading. Also make it so that everybody can enter any dungeons regardless of rank.
