All Shinigami
Shunpo: Shinigami's equivalent of sonido. After 200 uses, shunpo won't take as much mana and will be mastered.
Sense Reiatsu: Same as pesquisa.
Full Incantation: An option in the commands that allows you to recite the full incantation (if it has one) of the kido, thus increasing it's power. However it takes a longer to recite it. Also note this should only be an option for those that actually use kido. Examples being Byakuya, Renji, and so on.
New Abilites and Items
Senbonzakura: Byakuya's zanpakuto which takes the shape of a katana. There 2 ways I recommend of having this done. 1) Senbonzakura simply just allows you to use any abilities like shikai and bankai. 2) You can increase your sword skill by killing npcs or attacking logs. The higher your sword skill, the more damage you deal in addition to the equip thing. An alternative to number 2 is a zanpakuto level system which basically has the same concept except attacking the logs.
Utsusemi: If you are attacked within 5 seconds of using this move you will escape the attack and appear behind the enemy. Sort of like an advanced kawarimi.
Hado #4: Byakurai: Fires a bolt of lightning out of the user's finger. Pierces enemies, so it doesn't disappear once it hits a object or person like a projectile.
Hado #33: Soukatsui: Fires a blast of mana at the opponent. Can be mastered to a stronger and bigger version. Has a full incantaion.
Bakudo #61: Rikujokoro: Creates 6 bars of light around the opponent which momentarily hover there for a second and then close in, trapping the target. Can be mastered so it binds them instantly. Also has a full incantation.
Bakudo #81: Danku: Creates a rectangular transparent barrier in front of the user blocking off most attacks.
Shikai: With the incantation Scatter you release your shikai, creating one small group of controllable petals that attacks anything with numerous weak slashes when hovering over it. After mastering you create 3 groups of petals.
Bankai: Senbonzakura Kageyoshi: You drop your sword into the ground, which phases through the ground, making the surrounding area dark and creates 2 rows of blades which scatter into 8 groups of petals. During bankai you have more control over you petals and can give them different commands in addition to a wider variety of attacks. However you can no longer attack with your zanpakuto during this. Once mastered, being in bankai will no longer drain your mana and the petals will move faster.
Commands
Gokei, Senbonzakura Kageyoshi: The Senbonzakura petals home in onto the enemy and if successful will trap them in a sphere of petals and will then attack them from every single possible angle and collapse on itself.
Senkei, Senbonzakura Kageyoshi: Creates a ring of a thousand glowing blades around the user's screen trapping the enemy in. And increases the user's attack power by focusing your bankai into fewer blades and gives you a sword from one of the many rows of blades.
Blade Drop: Causes the many blades to fall randomly around you. A sort of semi aoe. Requires senkei to be active
Shukei: Hakuteiken: Focuses all your blades into one deadly sword, increasing your attack power tremendously and charge foward ending it in one attack.
Additional things
These are just a few things I left out because I either thought they weren't necessary or would be annoying. Whether you choose to add them in or leave them out is up to you.
Senka: The user instantly moves the target's back and attacks the twice on the way there. This a has chance of disabling any abilities for a while.
Hado #1: Sho: Fires a small amount of mana out of your finger knocking back anybody hit by it a tile. However, it does not do any damage. After mastering it you knock back people 3 tiles
Mana Pressure: Releases your mana into the surrounding area, and may or may not slow down another player or npc. Depending on how much higher or how much lower you mana is compared to theirs. In addition to slowness, it also shakes a player's screen.
