Promoters are the human counterparts to initiators and often have abilities that set them apart from the rest of humanity. There are two types of them listed here the one your born with is a random 50/50 chance.
Promoter Type 1 Rentaro.
Passives:
Half Machine Body- Half of Rentaro's body is made of Varanium causing him to be more resilient to damage than most. [+2 res]
Gear:
Springfield XD- Rentaro's pistol he always carries on his person [ on equip grants Varanium Bullets and Single Shot execution abilities, as well as 2 tile basics and x1.3AP]
Moves:
Varnium Bullets- Rentaro fires a burst from his handgun towards his target [ upgrades with use 1/2/3 tile projectiles]
Single Shot Execution- Rentaro Fires a single bullet at the targets head from point blank range [ 1 tile range Extremely high damage]
Rokuro Kabuto- Rentaro Pulls Back an extremely powerful punch and unleashes it on a precise are of his target [Melee ability]
Hidden Bullet: Sky Wind- Rentaro performs a sweeping kick around himself [1 tile AoE around user]
Hidden Bullet: Subtle Shining Cave- Rentaro appears in front of his target and delivers a devastating kick to the bottom of their chin. [Melee Ability]
AGV Experimental Drug- Rentaro injects himself with an experimental drug that can either heal him or kill him. [ 20% chance death per use on succesful uses heals]
Mechanized Soldier: Release!- Rentaro burns off the fake skin on his varanium limbs and is granted access to the following moves [ 1.5 tai 1.5 ap ]
Black Metal Punch- Rentaro Fires a Slug from his Varanium arm propelling himself forward towards his target. [ Dashing attack]
Black Metal Kick- Rentaro Fires A slug from his leg as he kicks his opponent causing them to fly backwards [ knock back attack]
Black Metal Crush- Rentaro Preforms an ax kick on his enemy smashing them to the ground [ 2 tile range 2 second stun]
Promoter Type 2 Kagetane
Passives:
Machine Body- Kagetane's internal body is almost all machine causing his resistance to be far above the rest [+3 resistance]
Gear:
Spanking Sodomy and Psychedelic Gospel- Kagetane's customized Berettas. [ Grants access to Crazy Chain, Silent Farewell, Rapid Fire. As well as giving 2 tile basics.]
Moves:
Rapid Fire- Kagetane unleashes burst of fire from his weapons towards his target. [2 tile projectile]
Silent Farewell- Kagetane appears behind his target letting of multiple shots almost instantly [ Melee ability]
Crazy Chain- Kagetane fires his pistols like machine guns towards the target. [Homing Multi shot]
Mechanized Soldier: Release!- Kagetane activates his internal varanium machines. [1.5 tai 1.5 ap required to activate following abilities]
Repulsion Shield- Kagetane surrounds himself with a shield capable of blocking and or reflecting any projectiles it encounters. [like Million Phenome]
Maximum Pain- Kagetane quickly expands the previous shield to utilize it as an attack crushing people against structures or the ground itself [ AoE upgraded with use 1/2/3 tiles around user]
Endless Scream[Melee]- Kagetane Places his palm on the enemies abdomen then releases a blinding spear of light into the sky through them [Melee Ability]
Endless Scream[Shot]- Kagetane Fires a spear of light from his palm towards his enemy [1 tile beam]
